Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PEB Manager with a proven track record in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing, quality control, procurement, and site coordination . Candidate will oversee plant inspections, material procurement, dispatch planning, and on-site quality checks to ensure smooth project execution in line with approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) . Key Roles & Responsibilities Quality Control at Plant: Perform inspections of PEB components as per approved QAP and ensure adherence to industry standards. Material Procurement & Tracking: Coordinate procurement, monitor material availability at the plant, and follow up with suppliers/vendors to avoid delays. Inspection Coordination: Manage third-party inspections and ensure proper documentation and compliance. Dispatch & Erection Coordination: Plan, monitor, and control the dispatch of PEB components in alignment with erection schedules. Documentation Management: Maintain quality-related documents including inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance records for handover. Site Quality Checks: Inspect erected components on-site, verify material receipt with contractors, and ensure erection as per design/drawings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project, procurement and site teams to resolve operational bottlenecks. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of PEB processes, erection methodologies, and quality standards . Job Purpose: To ensure successful execution of EPC projects by developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring cost and schedule performance, managing risks, and enabling data-driven project decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/ MS Project. Define WBS, activity sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct schedule reviews and ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and float analysis 2.
