Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive channel partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners to ensure sustained business flow.
Monitor channel productivity, track KPIs, and implement strategies to boost conversions and lead quality.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to support partners with updated inventory, pricing, and collaterals.
Conduct regular partner meets, trainings, and field visits to enhance engagement and strengthen channel effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication with the ability to influence channel partners.
Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales analytics.
Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and channel partner ecosystems.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate.
Ability to travel for partner meetings, site visits, and field engagements as required
