Role Overview

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Channel Sales will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing direct sales, channel partner engagement, and ensuring superior customer experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for residential and commercial projects to achieve assigned targets.
  • Generate leads through direct sales, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Present project details, pricing, and benefits to potential customers through site visits and meetings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective customer engagement, addressing queries, and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Support in negotiations, documentation, and deal closures while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, marketing, and operations for seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 4–8 years in real estate sales (residential & commercial projects preferred).
  • Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Understanding of real estate market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
