Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Development (Pneumatics & Hydraulics | Automotive/Industrial) Location: Pune Experience: 5–8 years in B2B technical sales (Pneumatics, Hydraulics, or Industrial Systems) Travel: Pan-India client visits (30–40% of time) Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Deputy Manager – Business Development with a background in pneumatic and hydraulic systems to drive growth in both automotive and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate has experience in technical B2B sales , strong client acquisition skills, and a network within OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, or industrial manufacturing companies . Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial sectors . Build relationships with procurement and engineering decision-makers at OEMs and large manufacturing clients. Lead client acquisition through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. Collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and pricing strategies. Monitor competitors and market trends to position our offerings effectively. Report progress on pipeline, forecast sales, and meet monthly targets. Candidate Profile: 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, or industrial automation . Strong understanding of technical sales cycles, procurement processes, and industrial markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across India for client meetings. Preferred: Exposure to ISO-9001/IATF-16949 environments, experience with CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Prior experience working with OEMs, tier-1 automotive suppliers, or capital goods manufacturers.
