Production Linked Incentive Cell (PLIC)

Designation: Deputy Manager – 01 No. (CA) (ARAI Regular)

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of around 7-15 years. It is preferable if the person has past experience of working in Auto sector.

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description

• Working on a special project declared by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, involving verification of financial documents and records of the companies applying for incentive under Govt PLI scheme
• Timely monitoring of the applications received under Product linked incentive scheme for various categories in the time bound manner
• Plan the schedule of verification of documents and the schedule of checking through appointed agencies
• Timely review of progress of verification through appointed agencies and resolve the queries, if any
• Ensuring the SOP laid down from time to time for DVA calculations are followed
• Providing financial guidance for ensuring objective to be met as laid down in PLI Scheme
• accessing data from GST / ICEGATE Portals
• Analysis of financial data, variances and interpretation for decision making
• Handling Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and CAG Audit as applicable
• Review of commercial report made by CA firm.
• Undertake the specific assignment as given by respective ministries for verification & certification of incentives claim by various OEM Manufacturers under FAME Scheme or Production Linked Incentive Scheme OR any other scheme as notified by the Govt.

Skills

• Planning cum execution of DVA assessment and management of resources.
• Ability to lead and guide CA firm team
