Job Description

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key pharmacy accounts, including major retail chains and leading e-pharmacy platforms.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Lead negotiations for long-term contracts and annual business plans; develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives in alignment with overall brand and business goals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine and optimize account strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and regulatory to ensure alignment and deliver value-added solutions to clients.
  • Track competitor initiatives, pricing models, and market developments to inform and enhance strategic decision-making.
