Responsibilities Instrumentation Management: Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems in thermal power plants. Project Execution: Ensure timely execution of instrumentation-related tasks within thermal projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and servicing of instrumentation equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of instrumentation systems, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvements. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
