Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping and hospitality, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
