Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Housekeeper located in Kumarakom, Kottayam. The Deputy Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing Rooms and laundry operations, maintaining communication with staff and guests, providing excellent customer service, utilizing strong organizational skills, and conducting training for housekeeping personnel.

Qualifications

• Rooms, Laundry operations and Organization Skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training housekeeping personnel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
