The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee benefits and compensation. Additionally, the HR Manager will conduct performance appraisals, plan training and development programs, and work to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy adherence Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Skills in performance appraisals, training, and development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage employee benefits and compensation effectively Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
