Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Front Office Manager role located in Kumarakom, Kottayam. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service at the front desk, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members.


Qualifications

  • Office Administration and Front Office skills, Opera.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Languages : English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic will be a plus for this position.
