The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee benefits and compensation. Additionally, the HR Manager will conduct performance appraisals, plan training and development programs, and work to maintain a positive work environment.
