Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kumarakom,Kottayam for a Food and Beverage - Guest Service Associate. The role involves providing outstanding guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring effective communication with guests. The associate will be responsible for attending to guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
