We are hiring a General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Operations to lead our cinema operations in Delhi. The role focuses on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple locations. Responsibilities include P&L management, compliance, audits, safety, and stakeholder relations with mall owners and authorities. The candidate will also oversee new openings and renovations. Ideal applicants should have 10+ years of experience, with strong leadership skills in cinema, or related industries.
a) Devise business plans to achieve topline and improve market share YOY (in terms of both SPH and ATP).
b) Maximizing Foot falls/ ATP/SPH/Revenue/Advertisement Revenue.
c) Accurate competition review and analysis of box office ticket rates and F&B rates and take steps to maximize Market Share.
d) Implementation of Menu Engineering and innovate new promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
e) Implementation of optimized programming resulting in maximizing revenue.
a) Ensure Show and rate optimization at all locations
b) Ensure Dynamic pricing at all locations
c) Ensure customer satisfaction ad service excellence
d) Ensure customer loyalty programs are inducted
e) Movie promotion ad Movie marketing
a) Ensure timely budgeting of region.
b) Enable management of region costs vis a vis Budgets /Targets.
c) Maximizing EBITDA by managing costs.
d) Analyse monthly P&L, investigate variances and takes corrective actions.
a) Ensuring 100% implementation of SOP’s in the region.
b) Upkeep and Maintenance of property as Miraj Cinemas standards, with important issues pertaining to Rest Rooms, Seats and Firefighting systems.
c) All Units in the region must adhere to 100% Safety/security systems.
d) Ensure 100% Fulfilment of legal compliances and safety requirements.
a) Audit - 100% compliance Finance Audit - 100% compliance.
b) Statutory points mentioned in Internal Audits - 100% compliance.
c) Human Resources Audits - 100% compliance. Also ensure no repetition of audit points. Timely closure of pending points (including Audit points) in the region.
a) Coordination on business development and increasing the number of location in the region and making a brand presence.
b) Pre-opening set up for all upcoming properties in the region. Getting properties ready from project stage to opening in target date with putting all team together.
c) Ensure timely Renovation of units in the region.
