Deputy General Manager

Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals

• Managing and supervising various department heads and ensuring effective communication and coordination among them
• Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Identifying and addressing issues and risks that may affect organizational performance and reputation
• Representing the organization in external forums and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
• Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to address complex business problems and drive innovation
