Role Description

full-time, on-site Deputy CEO / General Manager (Forex)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic growth and expansion of the Forex business across retail, B2B, remittance, and travel forex segments.
• Lead end-to-end operations of multi-branch and digital forex channels, ensuring service excellence and scalability.
• Own sales performance, revenue targets, and business development across all regions and channels.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  RBI, FEMA, AML/KYC

  , and regulatory compliance standards.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance leadership culture.
• Oversee financial performance, P&L, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Leverage MIS, dashboards, and data analytics to drive informed decision-making and business improvement.
• Act as a senior leadership interface with the CEO, Board, regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

●  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred)

●  Minimum 15 years of experience in Forex, with at least 6 years in senior leadership roles such as COO, Business Head, or equivalent.

●  Hands-on experience in managing multi-branch operations, leading cross-functional teams, and working with RBI/FEMA guidelines.

●  Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.

●  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●  Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.

●  Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities.

●  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and compliance-sensitive environment

●  Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset

●  Proficient in data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard tools
