Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of broadband services in the retail sector by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.Team Leadership: Lead and manage the retail sales team, ensuring high performance and providing coaching and support.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management on a regular basis.Retail Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and ensuring that stores meet sales targets.Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to increase sales of broadband services.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that retail stores provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Training & Development: Train and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and product knowledge.
