Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:- Deputy Branch Manager

Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Ensure effective cross-selling strategies are implemented across various products such as retail liabilities, life insurance, and banking services.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in branch management or similar role in retail banking or related field.
Strong understanding of banking operations, including branch handling, relationship management, and team handling.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
