Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Area Manager to lead our Merchant Outbound team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Merchant Outbound team. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and other financial institutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient use of resources. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in managing teams and driving business results. Familiarity with merchant acquiring and outbound sales processes.
