We are looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Executive to join our team and fuel our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads in both domestic and international markets.


Job Summary:

The Demand Generation Executive will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential customers for our ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Lussha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes in both domestic and international contexts.


Key Responsibilities:

· Utilize Lussha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools to identify, research, and qualify potential leads.

· Develop targeted lists of prospects in domestic and international markets based on company criteria.

· Initiate outbound campaigns (email, calls, social media) to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.

·  Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

· Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation campaigns and continuously optimize strategies.

· Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and proper lead management.

·  Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Demand Generation Executive or similar role in B2B sales.

·  Proficient in using Lussha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation or sales intelligence tools.

·  Experience generating leads for ERP software or technology solutions is highly preferred.

·  Strong understanding of domestic and international market dynamics.

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·   Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

·   Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
