Associate – Demand Generation

What you’ll be responsible for

• Initiating outbound prospecting through calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients.
• Communicating the value proposition of Infinito and Conversational AI solutions effectively during prospect interactions.
• Crafting personalized email campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Understanding customer needs and pain points to propose relevant chatbot-based use cases.
• Participating in regular training to stay updated on product features and AI trends.
• Sharing insights from customer conversations to enhance market positioning.
• Preparing performance reports on outreach effectiveness and conversions.

What you should have

• Graduate/Fresher or

  1–2 years of experience

  in demand generation, business development, inside sales, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage prospects professionally and build rapport.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
• Self-motivated with a learning mindset and result-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
• Interest in SaaS, communication platforms, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
