What you’ll be responsible for: Initiating outbound prospecting through calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients. Communicating the value proposition of OptiFii Rewards and Business Finance solutions effectively during prospect interactions. Crafting personalized email campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and targets. Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system. Understanding customer needs and pain points to propose relevant chatbot-based use cases. Participating in regular training to stay updated on product features and AI trends. Sharing insights from customer conversations to enhance market positioning. Preparing performance reports on outreach effectiveness and conversions. What you should have: MBA/PGDM or 1–2 years of experience in demand generation, business development, inside sales, or related roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
