We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated, proactive, team players and have excellent communication skills. You need to work with the Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate leads through cold calling, mail campaigns, events, etc.
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
  • Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements.
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs in GIFFY CRM system.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
  • Understand how the benefits of our products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google’s applications.
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO
    optimization.

EXPERIENCE : 0-3 Years
SKILLS :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Lead generation and prospecting through multiple channels (calls, emails, social media).

Good understanding of sales funnels and CRM management.

Research and analytical thinking to identify potential business opportunities.

Time management, teamwork, and ability to meet targets under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools (like GIFFY CRM), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
