Delivery & Project Management - Platinum Consultant

As a SAP Senior Delivery & Project Management, your role involves managing the full project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. You will provide leadership, drive project delivery, and ensure project success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. - Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables. - Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring motivation, focus, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. - Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, develop strategies to mitigate them, and manage change requests and deviations. - Oversee and manage project budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and control costs. - Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes. - Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction. - Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and frameworks. - Conduct post-project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and ensure smooth handover of completed projects. **Required Skills:** - 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles. - Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. - Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals. - Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, budget & resource management, risk & issue resolution, communication, and problem-solving. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools. - Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering on service-level agreements. - Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. - Deep experience working in Agile project management environments and industry-specific experience.
