Tower: UK Pension- Investment Administration Level : Management CL9
What are we looking for?
- Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Investment Administration (preferred).
- Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 6+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.
- Must have experience in Limit Reviews, Investment Management, Fee Adjustments, Payment Allocations, Asset Transfer, Corporate actions & Fund Mergers, Bulk Disinvestment, Annual Statements, Data Development, Application and Payment (Investment options and confirmations, Transaction), Income tax submissions and enquiries.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in the UK Pension- Investment Administration domain (preferred)
- Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills. Ability to work independently Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise end-to-end execution of pension-related processes including limit reviews, fee adjustments, payment allocations, and bulk disinvestments.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and scheme-specific rules across asset transfers, corporate actions, and fund mergers.
- Review and approve high-value or sensitive transactions, escalating risks or anomalies to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of annual statements, income tax submissions, and member communications.
- Act as the primary liaison between pension administrators, custodians, fund managers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure service-level adherence.
- Monitor data development initiatives to improve reporting quality, automation, and audit readiness.
- Implement controls and review mechanisms to ensure accuracy in application processing, investment confirmations, and transaction records.
- Drive continuous improvement across operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and support team members in handling complex pension scenarios and regulatory enquiries.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK Pensions landscape, including industry trends, an overall understanding of end-to-end insurance policy cycle, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
