Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Dealer Center CRM Specialist

to join our team. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Dealer Center CRM system to ensure smooth operations, accurate data flow, and effective lead management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dealer Center (or similar automotive CRM platforms) and a strong understanding of dealership operations, digital marketing, and sales workflows. The Rate for this position is $3.00 per hour full time.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management & Optimization
    • Oversee day-to-day use of Dealer Center CRM.
    • Configure, customize, and troubleshoot the system to match dealership needs.
    • Ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead & Customer Management
    • Manage incoming leads from multiple sources (website, social media, third-party platforms).
    • Assign, monitor, and track leads through the sales pipeline.
    • Ensure prompt follow-up and proper communication with customers.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Generate and analyze performance reports (leads, sales conversions, marketing campaigns).
    • Provide insights to management for process improvements.
    • Track KPIs including response times, appointment show rates, and sales closing ratios.
  • Training & Support
    • Train sales and marketing staff on Dealer Center CRM functions and best practices.
    • Act as the primary support contact for CRM issues.
    • Develop and update standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
  • Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to streamline workflows.
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
    • Integrate CRM with third-party tools for automation and improved customer experience.
  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience using Dealer Center CRM (or a similar automotive CRM platform).
    • Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and automotive retail operations.
    • Proficient in reporting, analytics, and CRM customization.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to train and support team members with varying technical abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with inventory management within Dealer Center.
    • Knowledge of automotive compliance and documentation.
    • Understanding of integrations between CRM, marketing tools, and dealership websites.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
