Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Deal Desk in India, supporting APAC sales activity.
• Review and approve Salesforce CPQ deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue recognition standards.
• Advise Sales teams on deal structure, pricing, and business terms to balance competitiveness with compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops) to close high-quality deals.
• Contribute to the development of deal desk strategy, scalable processes, and automation improvements.
• Collect and deliver feedback to optimize the end-to-end deal process.
• Support sales enablement efforts through training and resources around pricing, quoting, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven ability to balance diplomacy with firmness when pushing back on non-compliant deals.
• Skilled at interpreting complex data and making strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple urgent priorities.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in technology or B2B SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition policies.

• Pay Rate:

  80,000-200,000 INR/month
