Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL, Clickhouse etc for high-performance querying and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in integration and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance, availability, and integrity issues.
• Contribute to data modeling and schema design to optimize performance and usability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the implementations and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in relational databases, particularly Postgres, and search engines like Elasticsearch.
• Deep understanding of data storage formats such as Parquet, ORC, and Avro.
• Proven ability to optimize database performance and handle large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Experience in scripting and automation for data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of automation and orchestration tools like Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
