Only office phone allowed during working time and personal phone not allowed during working time .Laptop Provided by the company ⸻Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software & Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain both software applications and database systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend programming, data management, and problem-solving, with the ability to develop efficient, scalable, and secure solutions. ⸻Key Responsibilities 🖥 Software Development • Design, code, test, and maintain software applications. • Develop backend logic and APIs to support web or mobile platforms. • Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless data integration. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. 🗄 Database Development • Design and maintain relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Create tables, queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. • Perform database optimization, tuning, and indexing for better performance. • Backup, recover, and manage data storage systems. • Analyze data to support reporting and business insights. 🔍 Additional Responsibilities • Work closely with project managers, designers, and QA teams. • Implement data-driven features and reports as per business needs. • Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices. • Prepare technical documentation and project specifications. ⸻Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in software and database development. • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as: • Python, Java, C#, PHP, or Node.js. • Experience with API development and backend frameworks  (Django, Laravel, .NET, Express.js, etc.). • Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and security principles. ⸻Preferred Skills • Experience with React.js, Angular, or other frontend frameworks. • Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, or business intelligence tools. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. • Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD). ⸻Soft Skills • Strong analytical and logical thinking. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
