About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tableau UI/UX Designer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in data storytelling, user-centered design, and building intuitive dashboards that enhance business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centric Tableau dashboards based on business needs and workflows Apply UX principles to enhance layout, navigation, and interactivity Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to define dashboard functionality Standardize themes, templates, and UI components across dashboards Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on feedback Promote best practices in data visualization, accessibility, and performance Create documentation and style guides for consistent BI design Train and support end-users for effective dashboard usage Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in UX Design, Data Visualization, HCI, or related field 4+ years of total work experience in related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience designing dashboards in Tableau Strong understanding of UI/UX design and dashboard usability Portfolio showcasing data-driven visual design work Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Familiarity with structured datasets and data modeling concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of SQL or other querying languages Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud features Prior experience building dashboards for executive-level reporting Work Hours: IST time zone with 12 hours overlap with PST
