Job Description

As a Talent Executive in the Talent Insights and Analytics team at EY, your role involves designing workforce business strategy and standards for Global Consulting stakeholders. You will be a key delivery partner, focusing on defining workforce business strategy, identifying opportunities, and enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions through insights and analytics. Working closely with WFT COE members, Talent team, and global consulting stakeholders, you will align on the scope of work, build data requirements, and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes through talent data, research, and analytics. Your responsibilities include owning the end-to-end delivery of providing actionable insights to enhance organizational effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on capacity planning, development, and implementation of workforce plans. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic thought partner to shape workforce strategy across Global Consulting - Translate complex talent data into actionable insights for executive-level decisions - Build and maintain strong partnerships with global Consulting Talent leaders and senior stakeholders - Collaborate with internal clients to deliver relevant data and insights for informed decision-making - Analyze workforce datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities - Prioritize requests for new analytics solutions based on business needs - Lead and manage workforce-related projects, programs, and change initiatives - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with global reporting standards - Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Curate and publish newsletters combining internal and external insights for specific functions or service lines Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of talent strategy, organizational dynamics, and business operations - Strong knowledge across core HR domains including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance & Reward, Mobility, and Workforce Planning - Proactive consulting mindset with the ability to interpret complex business requirements - Expertise in data analytics tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, R, and Spark - Proficiency in visualization platforms such as Power BI - Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and MS Power Platform - Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in data management practices including governance, privacy, and security protocols - Strong analytical and research capabilities to track emerging trends and identify opportunities in workforce analytics and talent strategy At EY, we are committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
