As a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems to ensure efficient collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Your role will involve managing internal database files, developing custom reports, and modifying existing HRIS systems to meet the changing demands of the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Compensation COE for the configuration of semi/annual compensation processes and may serve as the HR department liaison to the MIS/IT function. In this role, you will be expected to manage projects and process improvements, recommend process enhancements, and perform system configuration, form updates, maintenance, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for generating reports and queries, responding to employee inquiries within defined SLAs, and working with internal stakeholders on integrations and troubleshooting with HRIS and system of records. Furthermore, you will partner with third-party vendors on process improvements and ensure the smooth functioning of the compensation module and semi/annual compensation processes. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a relevant field. Additionally, you should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with SuccessFactors and HRIS. Your specific related experience should include an understanding of qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles, configuration and forms for SuccessFactors Compensation module, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Providing expert guidance with Employee Central to optimize functionality that includes but not limited to position management, foundation management, workflows, notifications and permissions. Managing support tickets to ensure prompt resolution. Processing uploads and maintaining process documentation and/or playbooks. Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of People systems with existing or new enterprise applications. Evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance HR functions Conducting regular system audits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
