Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst at Citi, you will be responsible for providing management with analysis and insight into Citis financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. Your role will involve contributing to the directional strategy and utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice and counsel on the evaluation of financial reports related to Citis current and projected performance. Key Responsibilities: - Create financial reports, summarize financial trends, and provide insights to senior management - Advise on directional strategy and offer guidance on significant business/product decisions - Analyze annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, mid-year reforecasts, and bi-monthly outlooks in collaboration with segment, business, and country FP&A teams - Prepare analytics for CEO Reviews and business initiatives - Analyze product profitability and provide guidance on business and product decisions - Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision-making - Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members - Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated presentation skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
