About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented
RevOps Data Specialist
to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and usability of our revenue data. You will work closely with our RevOps team to maintain data integrity across systems, support reporting needs, and streamline processes that empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, and proficient in Excel, with bonus points for CRM reporting experience in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across revenue systems.
- Conduct data hygiene checks to identify and correct duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Import and reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
- Support routine data reconciliation to maintain reporting integrity.
- Use Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas) to organize, clean, and analyze data.
- Assist with RevOps reporting support and dashboard maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to document and improve data processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel: Pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
- Experience with data entry and data management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, especially reporting and dashboard building.
- Familiarity with RevOps workflows and CRM data structures.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
