Operations of Forcepoint DLP.

• Administration and Trouble shooting of Forcepoint DLP

• Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access to sensitive information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data protection requirements and develop DLP policies and rules.

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential data loss vectors within the organization.

• Monitor and analyze data flow to detect and respond to potential data loss incidents.

• Develop and maintain DLP policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Implement automated DLP solutions using advanced technologies and tools.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on DLP tools and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DLP technologies and methodologies

• Perform roll out of Forcepoint and DLP agents.

• Monitoring and reporting of agent compliance.

• Technical troubleshooting and Root cause analysis

• Coordination with internal teams and Forcepoint support team as part of troubleshooting.

• Testing and carrying out upgrades of servers and agents.

• Manage all Forcepoint DLP related configurations and related changes.

• Maintenance of related databases

• Perform periodic health checks, development of corrective actions and executing actions related to DLP.

• Maintenance of existing integrations and configure new integrations.

• Manage Access for Forcepoint DLP

• Basic Knowledge of O365, Linux. and proxy will be addon.

• Ability to identify opportunities for automation of operational efficiency.

• Finger printing documents based on document templates received from functional heads.
