About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Data research with a target driven approach to identify prospective clients, industries, and business opportunities with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain accurate databases of leads and contacts.
• Gather information from multiple sources (websites, LinkedIn, industry reports, tools, etc.) and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide insights that support lead generation and pipeline development.
• Track, clean, and update CRM data regularly to ensure quality.
• Assist in preparing research-based reports, presentations, and dashboards for sales campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market changes relevant to target segments.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B IT industry is a must.
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from diverse sources.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  

Good to Have

• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
• Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools.
