Job Summary :

Data Operations, Portfolio data management, KYC processing

Responsibility

Portfolio data management of various asset classes and clients in reporting software
Regular reconciliation and data update for maintaining quality of portfolio data - weekly and monthly reconciliation
Updation and maintenance of web app and mobile app data
Maintenance of the company database masters and data on a regular basis
Providing support for various investment products data update such as mutual funds, stocks, FDs, bonds, PMS, international assets
Tracking transaction processing and implementation on various platforms and sites
Tracking KYC processing
Maintaining daily MIS for transaction - financial, non financial transactions and KYC reports
Client communication for portfolio and asset data gathering
Management and upkeep of operations team files and softwares
Handling business operations by proper reporting and adherence to systems and processes
Handling ongoing projects related to client reporting and execution of new projects
General office administration
Coordinating with office boy teams for operational items
Collaborating with various teams, ensuring customer delight & quality client service

Requirement

5+ years experience for Senior Data Operations Executive role
2+ years experience for Data Operations Executive role

Preferred :

NISM VA

Salary Range :

upto 6 LPA, Based on industry standards and relevant experience
