Job Summary :

The VP will be responsible for driving business growth by deepening client relationships and expanding AUM through strategic referrals and service enhancement. They will oversee investment research, aligning internal views with market insights to deliver tailored advice. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring a team to ensure high-quality client service and operational excellence.

Who Should Apply :

Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance, or related field, CFA Professionals, Strategy Consultants are preferred and should have 3 years of relevant experience with CFP pursuing or NISM Investment Advisory-A & B tests.

Responsibility 1 : Business Growth:

• Develop and implement referrals from clients.
• Expand service offerings and increase AUM from existing clients.
• Build trust and credibility through effective communication.
  

Responsibility 2 : Client Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and preferences.
• Address client enquiries and concerns promptly
  

Responsibility 3 : Research:

• Track the performance of invested funds.
• Attend fund manager calls to reconcile internal research with their opinions and understand the framework.
  

Responsibility 4 : Leadership:

• Manage a team of financial professionals, offering guidance and support.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address challenges.
  

Salary Range :

15-18 LPA
