Create and maintain data architecture documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop data mapping specifications for ETL processes. Optimize database performance and implement best practices. Ensure data quality and integrity within the data models. Integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse. Conduct data audits and make recommendations for improvements. Develop and maintain data governance frameworks. Work with BI tools to create data visualizations and reports. Assist in training junior team members on data modeling techniques. Participate in cross-functional project teams to enhance data management. Monitor and address data-related issues as they arise. Analyze trends and derive insights from data sets. Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholder review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Modeller or similar role. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems. Experience with ETL tools and processes. Familiarity with business intelligence platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Understanding of data privacy regulations. Certifications in data modeling or database management are a plus.
