Data Modeller

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to support the implementation of Reltio Master Data Management (MDM). The role involves designing and maintaining data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using established data modeling guidelines; recommend standardization and proper data usage.
• Mapping & Reviews: Develop base Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) and schedule/lead data modeling review sessions with stakeholders.
• Standards Alignment: Adopt and enforce Enterprise Data Management (EDM) principles and guidelines for data modeling.
• Impact Analysis: Perform impact analysis for any changes to data models and communicate implications to relevant teams.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and document data requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and MDM projects, preferably with Reltio or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical) and data integration principles.
• Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping, data profiling, and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data domains (e.g., HCP/HCO, product, regulatory data) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate across global teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Reltio platform features and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and data quality management.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharma.
