Job Profile – Data Management Executive

Organisation Description

It is a Public Charitable Trust (Regd.) working in Health Sector. We educate the people about a natural style of living or science of Naturopathy following which any one can live a healthy life without taking any type of medicines (Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic). The organisation has already benefited millions of people in India and abroad and has been working in this field for the last 150 years.

Prime Responsibilities

· To prepare and submit Periodic performance through MIS reports required by the management from time to time using MS Excel, Word, Preparation of PPT in power point etc.

· To manage the systematic storage and analysis of all the data of participants of ongoing camps and events in the system so that it is used for promotion of upcoming events and for getting any other selective data information required by management.

· To assess the monetary outcome of the above events.

· To manage the storage of all the data of the incoming calls of our health seekers in the system so that it is used for promotion of upcoming events and to do the needful for monitoring of incoming and outgoing calls.

· To Manage & consolidate the data of all the purchasers of our organisation products available in website and accounts department of the organisation.

· To manage the data of employees, inventories, fixed assets, consumables systematically so as to get any required information easily.

· To manage & use data of all in house patients and monetary receipts who stayed in our Nature cure hospital and to assess the financial outcome of this unit.

· To manage the systematic data of all donors of the organisation so as to extract any relevant information needed by management.

· To manage Google sheets, Google Drive data, Google forms for various assignments.

· To coordinate with all our teams like calling, medical, social media, IT, and admin. For procurement of relevant data.

· Should be able to extract and analyse the various Data Analytics provided by various social media platforms like Youtube, Face book and prepare own analytical report for submission to management..

· To submit the analytical information to management regarding monthly outcome of social media platforms social media platforms like you tube, Facebook, Instagram, in terms of growt of subscribers, likes, income etc.

Other Responsibilities

· To arrange and conduct on line zoom meeting for any event whenever required.

· The candidate should have excellent writing and spoken English skills to handle any communication or correspondence independently.

· Should also be able to undertake basic computer operations in MS word, Excel, Advanced Excel, PPT etc. comfortably.

· You will work in close association with the founder and the key management of the organisation.

· Any other work as and when directed by the Management.

· Should have residence within 45 minutes of distance from our head office at Saraswati Vihar Delhi.

· Should have 2-3 years of experience of handling MIS EA work profile or of office coordinator.

· Should be able to work on Sunday with weekly off on Wednesday.

Salary : 20k but will commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
