We are seeking an experienced Data Lead with 6+ years of expertise in designing and leading enterprise-scale data strategies, with a strong focus on modern data warehousing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Design, development, and optimization of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Architect and manage centralized data platforms using Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Define and implement best practices for data modeling, metadata management, and data architecture.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks across the data ecosystem.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging tools, frameworks, and practices in the data engineering and warehousing space.
• 6+ years of overall experience in data domain
• Proven expertise in large-scale data warehousing and analytics.
• Strong experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, and pipeline orchestration.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python/Scala preferred).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization.
