We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Labs Intern to join our Data Labs team. As a Data Labs Intern, you will have the opportunity to explore conversational data, conduct analysis, and generate insights to support the business goals.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis within a fast-paced SaaS company, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong analytical skills to explore conversational data, extract meaningful insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve our client’s business goals.
• Analyze conversational data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can enhance the understanding of customer behavior and drive actionable outcomes.
• Perform correlation analysis on call behavior data to identify factors that positively or negatively impact the business. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive data labs reports, summarizing key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
