Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely entry of employee information into HR systems, including education details, previous employment history, statutory documents, and other essential data, maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update employee data in HRMS and Excel trackers, including education, past work experience, and statutory documents.
Validate and verify the accuracy of all uploaded documents and information.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Liaise with HR team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Prepare and maintain reports for audits and compliance checks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Prior experience in data entry (preferably in HR or administrative roles).
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
MS Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
Familiarity with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox or similar) is an advantage.

Other Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Competencies

Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.
Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving and proactive approach to data discrepancies.
