Position

: MIS Executive (Data Entry & Reporting)

Location

: India (On-site)Role & Responsibilities

Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and periodic data cleansing across ERP/CRM systems and spreadsheets following defined SOPs.
Prepare, consolidate and distribute periodic MIS (daily/weekly/monthly) dashboards and spreadsheets for operations, finance and leadership review.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel features (PivotTables, formulas) and basic VBA macros to reduce manual effort and errors.
Extract and validate data from source systems reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies with process owners.
Support ad-hoc report requests and generate clear summaries/insights for non-technical stakeholders within agreed SLAs.
Maintain documentation: reporting templates, data dictionaries, SOPs and an issues log to ensure auditability and continuity.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

1–4 years experience in data entry, MIS reporting or operations reporting (on-site roles preferred).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/Index-Match, conditional formatting and data validation.
High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain >99% data accuracy under volume.
Good communication skills—able to liaise with operations, finance and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists and following SLAs for report delivery.
Experience in Internet, Documenttion in Word
