This role is responsible for analysis of all aspects of data and information for all Strategic Solutions - Outreach Capability Delivery applications, related upstream / downstream applications including Hawkeye systems and a deep understanding of all the processes involved to address the business needs and perform effectively and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives
• Coordination with all stake holders and Ensures Project Meets Requirements & Objectives
• Establish a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with Business SMEs to shape the reporting solutions provided
• Resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects
• Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and / or approaches
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; Collaborating on solutions to those identified problem areas and following the software development lifecycle
• Performs all tasks in the development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing
• Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
• Creates and helps maintain technical and end-user documentation for new and existing applications
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
• Identify and help mitigate risks to the data and organizational health
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related, technical /Information Technology field
• 8+ years of work experience in Information Technology
• 8+ years of experience in utilizing relational database tools like MS SQL Server, ETL (SSIS), Snowflake, Databrick
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET Framework / .Net Core, Microservices, Rest API’s, Python
• Telephony data experience would be added advantage - Dialer systems, Integration with telephony systems etc.
• Good knowledge in RDBMS concept
• Good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, T SQL, SQL fine tuning
• Sound understanding of object-oriented programming
• Solid programming, debugging, unit testing and problem-solving skills
• Solid technical background in SQL with extensive knowledge in design, development, testing, and maintaining data
• Expert in Creating/Debugging Stored procedures: Handling transactions inside the stored procedures, Error handling in stored procedures
