Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement data solutions that solve business problems for clients.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data platforms for data warehousing, analytics, and software applications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify potential areas for service expansion and contribute to business growth.
• Actively participate in client meetings and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build data pipelines that can ingest, transform, and report on  data collaborate in a fully remote, Agile-like environment using tools like Slack and Git (with a lot of uninterrupted development time)
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or as a Developer in data-related projects.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts with experience designing and implementing data models for applications or reporting.
• Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse platform, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Amazon Redshift, and/or Google BigQuery.
• Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud-related technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools like DBT, Matillion, Fivetran, Coalesce or SSIS.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and growing professional knowledge in data-related disciplines.
• Experience with SQL required.
