Data Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• More than 3 years of experience

  in Big Data & Data related technologies.
• Data Engineer will lead and participate on data management aspects of client engagements to deliver robust solutions.
• Independently lead projects through design, implementation, automation and maintenance of

  large-scale enterprise ETL solutions

  for a global clients.
• Act as an expert technical resource within the team and across geographies.
• Incorporate best practices from

  DataOps, DevOps and SDLC

  , including build, automated testing, deployment, and operational monitoring/maintenance.
• Act as an advisor/mentor and helps in managing careers for junior team members.

Skills required

• Expertise with hands-on experience with

  RDMS technologies

  like Microsoft SQL server, Oracle etc.
• Strong experience with open-source data ingestion tools like

  Apache Ni-Fi, Glue.

• Hands on experience on

  AWS

  and its native components.
• Working knowledge on

  Power Platform

  components such as Power App and Power Automate is mandatory
• Hands on experience on

  Python scripting

  is a bonus.
• Proficiency in any BI reporting tool, preferably

  Qliksense

  or

  Power BI

  is good
