As a Data Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, maintaining, and validating critical datasets to support operational and research initiatives. You will work remotely in a fast-paced environment, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across multiple systems. This role involves data entry, cleaning, and transformation, as well as preparing reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and project teams to streamline workflows and optimize data-driven decisions. Your contributions will help improve efficiency, support compliance, and drive innovation across business operations.   • Accountabilities
  • Manage, organize, and maintain fieldwork-related data accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry, cleaning, validation, and transformation into internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and removal of outdated or duplicate records.
  • Generate best-practice reports, visualizations, and analyses to support team decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain data security and integrity protocols.
  • Assist in evaluating team performance, identifying efficiency improvements, and supporting project development.
  • Occasionally support campaign execution, including email, desk research, online ads, and social media communications.
  • Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience working with data, analyzing information, and creating reports or queries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions and features.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience within market research or healthcare industries.
