Job Description:

• Data Centric Tester – TDM Lead

• Roles & Description

• Design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.
• Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
• Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
• Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.).
• Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions and provide timely resolutions.
• Document TDM frameworks, best practices, and guidelines for reusability across the organization.

Skills Sets and Experience

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica TDM (Test Data Management), ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), and Persistent Data Masking
• Knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM
• Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
• Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools
• Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service
• Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
